Horizontal mighty mounts

My forum and interweb search skills have deserted me! Trying to order horizontal mighty mounts for my 2000. Can't confirm model. Is it the 28h?
Edit: was going to use these to mount a high lift to the cross bars, also a shovel with quick fists
