Hi Lift Off Road Kit (ORK) Missing Parts

So I ordered a ORK kit from amazon and got it in the mail. Opened the box. Looked like it was all there. Sat it in the corner until I had more time to take a look at it. Finally got around to looking at it and reading the basic instructions for the assembly and noticed that all the bolts and quick pins were missing.

Anyone have any experience with Hi-Lift customer service? Or should I try and send it back to Amazon.com for replacement?

From what I know.. They have been easy to work with..

Called them morning and they said it was an amazon problem but would put the missing parts in the mail for me. If the parts don't show up next week I will contact amazon.

A quick trip to TSC, or any big box, or hardware store would solve everything in about 3 minutes. Not that I like paying for something that I have already paid for, but sometimes it is just more convinient for me just to take care of it myself.

I went to Atwoods today and picked up some grade 8 bolts to use. Figured if the others that I paid for show up in the mail then I have some extra parts now. It never hurts to have extra in case something gets lost or miss placed.
