So I'm really new to this. Bought my 04 Xterra a year ago, and didn't know there were forums for them. Nice to meet everyone, and hope you have patience when I do stupid things, or things wrong.

There’s a sales forum/thread but usually not too much going on there. I will note that those guards have a tendency to catch on limbs and trees if you are wheeling so just be warned that they can cause some extra damage.

I don't go off roading because I can't find anywhere near me to just get muddy. That's all i want. I mainly want them because i think they look rugged. However, thanks for the info, I didn't know that.

Oh awesome. Thank you. I didn't even know. I just want to get my truck dirty and look cool. Only problem is, there's apparently a 2 car minimum, and none of my friends have trucks.
