So in my search for reasonably priced steering upgrades I've decided to do a Grassroots CL, TC IAB, and AC HD TRE's. When looking at the Grassroots 4x4 site, it states that you can send a CL in before you order one to avoid the core charge. Additionally, it states that they are buying pitman and idler arms but does not provide a price for them. Obviously I want to save as much money as possible so I've sent an email to the address they have on the site about a week ago to know what the address I send my old parts to, and to get the prices, but no luck. Since stevencox93 just ordered his CL with Grassroots, I asked him about the transaction and he said he got his CL really fast, something like a week from order. At least that alleviates my concern about if they were still in business or not. Does anyone have any direct contact info for them? I've searched through old threads as well as confirmed with stevencox93 as to what the business address is (which is a house), but I cannot find a phone number anywhere. I've googled it, searched online business search engines, and still nothing. I'll admit I'm a little impatient and expected a faster response, but when money is involved I want to make sure everything is solid before I initiate a transaction. My other option is send the old CL to the address, give it a week, then order mine and not select the core charge option. Which is not a good option for me because I would prefer contact before the sale is made.
