FS: Tow strap

Bought this last year and just haven't been able to find someone who will loop it over and sew it for me. So I'm selling. I'd rather just get rid of it and find one that's already the way I need it. I think it's either 20-25 ft. long. (my tape measure wasn't long enough and I was too lazy to continue).

That I am not sure of. Says COUNTY written down the inside. Bought it from the market of fleas

It's a cargo strap for an 18-wheeler. It's just missing the hook from the end of it. Should be good for 30,000 pounds.
