Front End Support

I'm going to just throw this out...

Since there are frame supports for the rear because of aftermarket bumpers w/ tire carriers and "stuff", are there such things as Front Frame supports? With aftermarket bumpers, Winches, lights and "stuff" isn't there no need for something there as well?

Just a thought...
