Front diff swap R180 to R200a, whats needed

Ok I want to swap my front diff this summer. I have a 4 cylinder fronty. Its has the R180 front diff. No lockers or gears are avail, plus its just weaker. I found a '00 X made in oct of '99 at the junk yard. I know I need the diff, and cv axles. And I will also need a drop diff bushings kit, but what else do I need to complete this swap? Do I need upper and lower control arms and torsion bars?
