Fluid question....

Is everyone using the oem oils, fluids, lube, etc....or is there a superior product I should look into? My rig...2003 xe.

Mobil 1 regular full synthetic for engine and diffs. OE for auto transmission and transfer case. And I use regular Prestone old school green coolant.

Oops, forgot plugs....any reason to upgrade to iridium or the double, triple, Quadruple tops?

NGK always. If you go on RockAuto, get to the spark plugs, there's one listed that says "Actual OE part" on the 2nd Gen it's the Laser Iridium. Not sure on the 1st Gen.

Awesome, I always use ngk...was not sure if the "better" plugs do much.

Man. I'm off today...not putting everything in the o.g. post...one more question...LSD, probablynot one if I'm correct..no sticker on it, but is there a stamp or other markings? Thanks....dang rookies lol...

If you have the limited slip there should be an orange sticker on the back of the diff that denotes it.

"upgrading" spark plugs can cause issues with an ignition system. Use what OE recommends for spark plugs.

I've been using Amsoil in my diffs and t-case, Valvoline Maxlife ATF in the transmission. I was using Valvoline Maxlife in the engine, I tried two oil canges with Amsoil OE oil but I think I'm going to try Mobile 1 next.
