I made this light bar for my x and love it, a couple people on another forum have suggested maybe I try to see if people would be interested in buying them. so this is kind if just a feeler to see if anyone is interested...basically it is just a piece of 1 3/4" DOM tubing with ruffstuff specialties light tabs. the bar has a slight curve in It to allow for better light placement. it mounts on the lower roof rack screw via 1/4" steel tabs i welded to the bar, and is very sturdy. it can be made for up to 6 5 inch lights, and I can basically adjust things per order. like I said this is just a feeler, I'd probly sell these at 50+shipping. here are some pics.

oooohh right. I will take this down right now if it offends anyone/breaks rules. I didn't mean to try to compete with his business, totally forgot about that.

right, I'm not quite sure either. Because i am not a sponsor it amy technically be a violation of some rule, but i'll wait and see. I will gladly take it down if it causes any issues, that wasn't my intention by any means.

I think they look great, but I have no need for one at this moment. I'm working on saving for sliders.

Will do. I'm looking for a set up with lights to grab after radiator and gaskets are done. I figure to fix my passenger fog light and mount lights (id prefer led's but i may be wanting steak on a hot dog budget) at the same time.

i hear ya man, i am on a budget too, so i just bought 6 inch round halogens and converted them to HIDs. THeyre really cheap and much brighter than my rigid dually LEds

High Intensity Discharge. Not just for headlamps any more.

Also stands for Highly Insensitive D-Bag when one installs the uber blue ones in a reflector housing and doesn't readjust their aim.

Aim is irrelevant. No HIDs in halogen reflectors ever.

agreed, HIDs shouldn't be used for headlights without projectors, but when in auxillary lighting like I did In my pro comp 6" they are acceptable. I never use them when there is oncoming traffic. the light output is really nice too
