Also decided it was best to replace the PS pressure line as it developed a pretty good split at the top of it and was seeping. Hopefully this is the last of these stupid issues

I splurged a little the other day and got a new head unit installed. Its a nice little upgrade over my old Pioneer and sounds sooo much better. Has bluetooth and hands free calling which is something really cool I have never had.

Got some Yukon chromoly axle shafts! hell of a deal on them. Gonna be spares for WENT, and if they dont get swapped in during the event they will after when I tear the front end down to check everything

Ya might want to mark the Draglink bolt on the axle mount with a paint pen ("cross-check", "tamper proof", "torque marker", etc.) so that you're able to visibly check that it hasn't backed out at all without having to put a wrench on it.

Then check it (duh) often especially after wheeling. I've had it back out...scared the crap out of me.

I’ve marked many of the nuts and bolts on my truck after the sas but that one is notorious.

    Truck looks great bro!

Im beyond happy with how well everything performed. Road mannered pretty well on the return trip too. Going to take it in and have the alignment double checked as something seems off but its not bad either way

    Quick little update-

Life has been hectic since getting home from WENT. Between 2 massive contracts at work that will keep my shop slammed busy until spring 2020, getting Galvanized Poisoning, and having to find a new place to live I havent had much time to wrench on my truck. I did get ahold of a Calmini sway bar for my SAS for $100 and got it installed and what a difference it made! Other than that just doing life right now with my next major even goal for GoneMoab 2019. Will it be the year I make it up Britney Spear trail? The world will just have to wait and see

Was thinking about you the other day. @Fromfrontier2Xterra might be moving to WY. All the way up on the Montana border. Bringing the east coast Xers to the mountains.

Also, you got galvinisation poisoning? The ufck?

Get him out here! we need to get a group together and meet somewhere in the middle and wheel!

Yeah, was welding on galvanized floor grating for about 8.5hours 2 weeks ago. I had a fan and a sniffer and the toxic gasses still got to me. I got home and started feeling really nausiated, really sore everwhere, massive headache, uncontrollable muscle shakes, puking, the works... think manflu time like 300. I missed work the following day with a migraine I couldn't cure and still had to adult and go get utilities and such turned on... it was a rough 3 day period

Yes we do. I wheeled down in Colorado Springs last weekend. That was ufcking awesome. @Prawn is thinking about coming over in February. That trail would be pretty awesome to do in winter. Though depending on conditions, winching may be required.

Damn, that's some crazy shiat. Glad you recovered.

I actually need to make a trip down to pick up a winch off Bill. Maybe we can get a small group to go snow bashing

I was the only person in my class to make it without a break, lost tire, or winch help
