CEL - misfire on Cylinder #3 - fixed, will it clear itself?

Hey All,
So I had a CEL - misfire on Cylinder #3, the light turned off before I replaced the plugs and wires. I replaced the plugs and wires and the light is still off. Do I need to still go somewhere to get the codes to clear, or are they automatically cleared once the engine "feels like" the issue is fixed?

Misfires clear the light fairly quick, but they'll be stored in the system for diagnostic purposes for about 50 driving cycles. As long as the lights off, I usually don't care
