Most of what we build these SAS are for low speeds, but I would like to have decent brake setups since I do daily my truck. Here is my question. Slotted rotors yes or no? Pros and cons of them? And then semi metallic pads or ceramics? Which would be better for highway and daily along with offroad. Maybe its all overkill, but why not kill again?

For where you are, I probably wouldn't think twice about slotted rotors. When I was planning my 1st gen SAS, I was looking at upgraded brakes. Willwood makes a 4-pot D44 kit that looks on point. It's expensive, but upgraded brakes should be a priority.

Doing the Ram MC with stock calipers and slotted rotors should provide a good brake. Now what pads should I go for?
