Whats everyones opinion on the KO's. I had a friend of mine tell me he loves this tires. I'm in the market for some new ones as soon as my refund check hits my bank account. Not looking to spend a ton of money. I love aggressive looking tires. But don't we all. My X is my dailly driver and on average I put on about 54 miles a day. Northeast PA as well so winter (at least this year) sucked with the snow.

Just looking for some advice.

I've heard nothing but good things about these tires. My wife had them on her X but they never went off road. I'm planning on these for my X when I can save up the funds for them...

Yeah my buddy has them on a Jeep Cherokee and he loves them. I'm slowly convincing myself to get these after reading some reviews. Amazon has them for 200 bucks a tire and I get free shipping. I'm checking local places to see what they can do. Doubt they will beat the price. And my buddy will mount them for me where he works at 10 bucks a tire so I'm covered there.

They were the first tires I bought for the X. Overall they are good for a truck that is mostly a DD. did good in all weather. Not good in mud though. I also constantly had rocks getting stuck in the tread, which was annoying and would be pretty loud sometimes.
I went to the duratrac next and overall was happier with them.

Glad to see I have some options. Last time I bought tires was for my '04 X that I got rid of a year ago. So actually when I bought the tires was like 3 1/2 years ago. I had Yoko Geolanders on that and they were ok. I saw the grabbers out there as well. I'll look into them. The ones i want are to expensive. Dick Ceepik "Fun Country" They just look awesome. At this point though I'm all about saving the money since there are a few other things i need and want.

I really don't wheel much at all, but my BFG's have gotten me through everything I have put them through. My first experience with them was on my '88 Ram 2wd, and I loved them on that truck as well.

Even through this winter here in Western Mass. I didn't have to engage 4wd at all, they went through ice, light and deep snow, slush, everything, no problem.

I have put BFG KOs on my last two family SUVs and have run them on my survey trucks... They are the best all around tire out there... The fall they are releasing BFG ko2
More aggressive sidewalls..

Is it's between them or duratracs I'd go BFG every time.. Better sidewalls...

Over all I will give them a 8 out of 10

I called my tire guy and ordered some ko's E rated the other day....gretting them put on next weekend and might be going to windrock in a few weeks.....they should be better than the nearly bald tires that I've been on

I liked my bfgs that I had on my first gen. Did great out on the slick rock in Moab. Didn't do much in terms of mudding with them. The duratracs are also a great tire though

based on what i have seen they are really good tires and last most people well over 50k miles, but i wouldn't spend $250 for a tire. not that tire anyway. you can get the general grabber at2s for $50 cheaper a tire and it's similar. tread life may not be 60-70k like the bfgoodrich ones, but the overall dynamics of it should be similar. if i spent that much money on tires i would get firestone destination M/Ts or duratracs. the bfgoodrich are good but there are better options for the money. that's my opinion.

I love mine. Cost me close to $1,200 for mine mounted and balanced. I almost went with Red Letters but decided against it
