AC control. Please help

The last two highest settings on my climate control (4&5 I think) are the only ones that blow air. Any setting under that doesn't blow air at all. What's going on and how do I fix it?

Blower resister is likely going bad. It's behind the glove box, towards the bottom of the blower itself.
