ABS G-force sensor issue

i have a 2000 X and its tripping ABS codes. im getting 17 (G sensor) and 25 which is front left wheel speed sensor. im looking for input on the G sensor. Has anyone had issues with this before? is there common issues with these? location of the sensor?

I have to get it safety inspected on tuesday and im not sure if there can be abs lights on in Maryland

Check the areas near the tone rings for wires going into it...those are sensors.

You might have gotten a rock or twig/branch/spotted owl or whatever in there...and, sometimes clearing the crap out is all you need to do, and, its free.

Also, just in case, make sure the tires are the same diameter...a few PSI difference can make them different, and, it can fool the system once in a while.



If that works, you're done....if not, then report back and see where it goes from there.
