7Pin towing install woes

I have a 2008 xterra S auto 4x4, and have recently installed the tekonsha 7 pin wiring harness kit. Weirdly all of my lights work, but I don't have any constant power or power to the brakes. I am suspecting that maybe I got a bad brown relay as all fuses under hood are fine and present. Does anyone have any other suggestions for possible source of my issues? also does anyone know the part number of the brown relay?

This is the kit that I got, so I do believe that it has the pig tail, Although correct me if I'm wrong.

Tekonsha 118266 Tow Harness, 7-Way, Compatable with 2005-2023 Nissan Frontier, 2005-2012 Nissan Pathfinder, 2005-2015 Nissan Xterra, 2009-2012 Suzuki Equator https://a.co/d/6LHNqUG

I've also installed a red arc liberty e brake controller

Ok, that kit looks to have the pigtail.

Have you checked to make sure there is a fuse for the constant power in your fuse box? I believe it's the box under the hood.

As for the brake controls, I'm not 100% sure but I thought it was in that same harness. How are you checking it?

I unplugged it and checked car side pins with multimeter. My understanding is that one of them should have a constant power supply but neither one did. As for fuses I checked them all except the 30a shared fuse and switched the primary one just to be on the safe side

there are also relays that need to be installed behind the passenger front kick panel IIRC ( specially with the OEN style 7 pin connecter) that will send the 12V to the 7 pin. do you know if your X has those relays installed in that area?

The relays came with the the harness kit I got, but I even tried replacing the brown relay (which from my research is suppose to be responsible for power) just incase I got a bad one.
