Just saw this. Is this one of the trails I can do without beating stuff up too badly? And avoid water that’s too deep? I was going to post about going to Flagpole but open to whatever.

You can run it all fairly easily. I'm not going to run the muddy section at the top out to the Parkway. It's tight and I don't like mud.
