titan xterra nissan rims

I have a 1st Gen X meaning 6 lugs, 5.5inch/139.7mm Positive Offset, 17x7(?) rims. I'm wanting desert runners, but I also love the shoes I have on the X right now (Cooper STTs). So I found that Nissan Titans had the same style and everything. Now my question is, would these fit? Haven't seen...
