    Seems like that was the issue. Ran it for a while and had no issues when idling.

    General update. I'm mildly retarded for not checking my intake. Air filter is very broken. That's probably what's causing the issues.

    It drives well enough, though a little rough. And you're right on it not being a transmission issue, as it stuttered when in park. I don't get a CEL when it does it though.
