Did steaks Thursday. Reverse sear ribeye with oak wood. So good.
Yesterday I was working on the X so youngest fixed home made hamburger helper. Tonight she's doing tacos and home made salsa to show off for her friend. Not sure about tomorrow yet. I'm trying to get two months of vehicle maintenance caught up where we've been sick or gone....

We're gonna try a tri-trip this weekend at my brother's. He's got a Weber I gave him a few years ago. Gonna reverse sear with SPG and oak. I'm excited.

Tri tip is one I'm not too good at. Well, the cpl times I've tried it it's been too tough for my liking so I don't buy it anymore..
