Two of the biggest things that help me sleep are not eating anything within a couple hours of bedtime and a dab of vicks on my chest to keep my sinuses clear.

Yeah.....thats wierd. Don't get me wrong, I love staying up late. But pretty much the second my head hits the pillow, I'm out. Like dead to the world, out. I don't always get quality sleep what with congestion, snoring and the like. But I do sleep.

Being a night owl doesn’t help. If I could set my own sleep schedule it would be like 3am - 10 or 11am. That doesn’t work well in the real world though.

Exact same. I love to stay up late. Watch tv, surf the net whatever. When i hop in bed, DONE. I may pay the price tomorrow, but for the moment its perfect.

If there's one thing that absolutely drives me up a gobbledamn wall it's when the kids look right atme when I talk. They understand English. They know what the ufck I'm saying. And then COMPLETELY IGNORE EVERYTHING I SAID!

Try working 3rd shift sometime. It is hard for me to sleep at night I will just toss and turn for a few hours but during the day no matter how much I sleep I'm tired and want to take a nap.
