Window, Track Lubes??

My windows are starting to get sluggish going up and down.. Any specific Lubes/Spray's work to make them run smoother? That also will not gum up with Dirt grit, sticking to the lube.

CRC Silicone spray?. Or other magical good brand to seek?.

I've been using White Silicone Grease Spray on mine. Mine are horrible though I think the motors are just shot. I literally have to punch my rear driver door to wake up the motor. The grease works for a while fairly well but it can be a bit messy if you overspray.
