The funny thing is, I am a lower body guy. I used to compete in deadlift, squat & powerclean. I guess the upper body stuff just comes with it. Now, that's not saying I didn't do bench competitions too, just rarely. I've just been trying to maintain and not get really really fat now-a-days.
