Do we have any self sufficient trucks heading to the event?

We are planning on holding a Expo cook out on the Thursday night of WENT.
All foods must be cooked from your truck.
Pot luck!

I won't be able to partake, just haven't built up my camp kitchen essentials just yet. But I am totally going to check out other's set ups.

Dutch oven or how ever you cook from your Xterra. But it needs to be based from your rig. No camp fires and anything

The Everest it has 2 20k BTU burners, still compact and runs on the small propane bottles (or a big one with adapter hose).
