I know a guy that used to have a silver 2WD and wouldn't shy away from 4WD obstacles.

Left or right? Right side has the main harness for the roof stuff. Not really anything up the left side.

Nice job! I didn't have the patience to do it myself. It was definitely an "exchange money for goods and services" moment.

You probably got the better deal anyway. The headliner was 60 bucks and 40 for glue. I probably saved a hundred bucks. But there is a good chance they would have done much better lol

I think I'm going to redo all the wiring and put in a bussmann box kit instead

My birthday was yesterday and I thought it was time to upgrade the quality / selection of tools. I wanted to thank everybody for their advice.

I still have a few things to get but so far I got:

207 piece craftsman easy-read mechanic set
Basically short/ deepwell 6 pt in 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 sockets.
3 raised panel ratchets.
Nutdrivers.
1/2 impact sockets (also 6 point)
Standard and metric combo wrenches
Allen keys
(Luckily my set included all usa pieces)

I knew I was not a fan of the craftsman ratchets in this set so I went ahead and purchased gearwrench 120xp ratchets (regular not flex heads) (1/4, 3/8, 1/2) I've already used these a little bit and love them. They are really good for tight spaces because the profile is so thin. I also got the set for 60$ which is cheap for quality ratchets.

I finally bought a tool chest for my shed. I got the harbor freight 5 drawer red roller cart which should have plenty of room for my tools.

I still have a few things on my wish list but not to shabby so far.

Wish list:
Armstrong locking flex head ratchets
Wiha, pbswiss, and wera screwdrivers
Mcmastercarr wire strippers
Mcmastercarr ratcheting crimpers
Weatherpack crimper
Bussman fuse box
Pbswiss screwdriver bits

Not sure if I'm going to lay down money on pliers. What do you guys use them for? I mean besides snap rings.
Suggestions are welcome.

Still trying to figure out what I should wire to my fuse box.

I'm thinking
Relay 1 is fog lights
Relay 2 is driving lights
Relay 3 is locker
Relay 4 is compressor if it can run on it
Relay 5?
