I am 90% sure I am in this year. I don't think gone is gonna happen for me with everything I have going on. After talking to Bill & Tony I can't wait to check out Coal Creek. The 2,000 mile difference in round trip between the two is a huge selling point as well. I spent close to $700 in Gas alone getting to and from Gone last year, averaging 21mpg.

I think Sean spent close to 2G's but he also went to the expo in AZ and through the Grand Canyon. Its a pricey trip when you live on the east coast, but an absolute must. The Drive from CO to UT was without a doubt the most beautiful drive I have ever taken.

That entire trip was hands down the best mancation I have ever had. I'm not 100% out yet, but I am not gonna be able to swing it solo this year.

Armor? I did all the hard trails last year with just 33's and a PML. No armor at all (though that may change shortly). So it can be done with a good spotter.
