so, it's official. August I'm starting a No Sugar/No Grain diet aka NSNG, basically keto, kinda paleoish except I'm keeping dairy since it doesnt bother me. i celebrated by spending $23 at the chocolate shop & eating almost all of it in one sitting last night. chocolate covered fresh blueberry clusters & chocolate covered gummy bears!

lol this whole month has been a cheat month. although i've maintained my weight @ my 20+lb weight loss all month, bc it was mostly healthy but sometimes also very fat kid and not very much tracking what i eat. but alas, it is time to kick it into gear again and lose a little more.
