HVAC people coming out today. Preparing my anus for hateful rape.
On another note - sometimes I really wish I went into a trade. HVAC or Electric because these dudes pull bank on jobs and you can never go without either. First company I called (local) wanted 95$ diag fee then 21$ per 15mins after that. Second place is straight 95$ diag fee then estimate of work. I went with second place.
