So the inspection your talking about is an annual safety inspection mandated by your state or is it an inspection to make sure the car seat is in properly

Soooo took the smurf to Firestone this morning for oil change and free tire rotation. Come back to pick up. Pay for it. Go out. Notice ice still on top of spare. No big deal, they just forgot to do a 5 wheel instead of 4 wheel right?
Go in let them know, no big deal. "We'll pull it back in and get you squared away."
I wait and wait. They come back out "where's your lug key?"
"In my glove box. Where it always is. How did you do my rotation earlier?"
