You. Kilted One saw fouled oil, so we know his problem is in his head.

Ahh, so. no. No white smoke, oil seems fine, don't smell coolant anywhere (learned what is smells like burning at WENT), everything seems fine.

I did smell something weird this morning, I think, like eggs maybe? But I can't tell really cause I am stuffed up.
Also - lady said she smelled burning plastic (again, I couldnt) yesterday, in the cab. But it went away after a little bit.

I am loosing heat, again.
Already topped her off, burp her like 3 times, each time filled that radiator.

I think I have a leak somewhere, but I don't show anything on the pavement.
Watch it like a hawk that's how mine was acting the past few weeks. I changed the oil and the coolant this weekend with nothing noticeable in either one and you see where I'm at now. Luckily I caught mine as soon as the discoloration happened.

I'm not a huge coffee drinker anyway. Its there and sometimes its nice, but I'm not exactly willing to get up in the morning to start a pot (nor pay for one). I'm usually at work within 45min of waking up.

H2O fo lyfe.

Yes, we have an honor system thing where there is always a pot brewing until 1PM. If you want a cup, drop a quarter into the lock-box. If you want two, drop a dollar for the rest of the day (or another quarter).

I'd have my own coffe pot at my desk. Charge 20 cents for one cup or 50 cents for all day. Have my own unlimited coffee and in the end the money made pays for the coffee grinds bought. Lol

I did have a coffee pot at my desk for a while. But then they moved us to a more open environment and I had to put it in the kitchen.
So I took it home.

This is probably whats going on here. I have a system I have to abide by (5-S is what they call it) and it prohibits me from having such items on my desk. Not to mention only two of us drink coffee in my little department.

A couple people have coffee makers in their offices, we don’t bother because we can just as easily buy k cups and walk our butts to the kitchen and use the big machine. $1 a cup is a complete rip. They’re making money off of us haha. I’m used to the cheapness. This is a company where they refuse to close, even in a state of emergency. But IF they do close for a huge snow storm, you’re forced to use your PTO for that day.

Now if I didn’t drink my coffee in the morning, I wouldn’t be able to physically stay awake. It’s actually quite scary.

Didn't say he may not do any. He is one of those mechanics who won't do something he isn't comfortable with or just doesn't like dealing with.
I have to admit. I wouldn't think twice about pulling a head on a pushrod engine. Can do that in my sleep. But I don't think I'd touch an overhead cam head.
