Working on remoldeling my bathroom in the house I am getting ready to sell and finishing up painting and putting new baseboard molding today. Finished everything up, cleaned up and went to take the trash out and saw water pouring out in the basement from my bathroom. Be darned if I didnt put a nail through a water pipe putting on the last piece of quarter round. I ended up having to rip 2'x3' piece of sheet rock out, and the molding I just put up. Whoever built the house just notched the 2x4s at the base of the frame and had the copper pipe running flush up against the sheetrock with nothing covering it. Of course the hole in the pipe was right at floor level where the pipe was inside the two 2x4's stacked at the floor so I had to cut the whole pipe out from the basment. Now I have to decide whether to try and redo everything in copper again or convert the 18" of pipe feeding to my toilet from the basement to pvc.
I LOVE working on and spending money on a house I am already going to be losing money on when I sell it. Thank you economy for falling apart 5 months after I purchased a house.

It doesn't know that there's a Tapa signature in there. It places the sig in there as plain text after you hit submit, so it assumes everything in there is to be quoted. I do wish it would quote pictures properly.

Would it really be that hard to put a UBB code that Tapatalk understands but is invisible to people browsing on the forum? that way when you do a respond with Tapatalk it seems that UBB code and ignores it.
They'd have to register the code with VBB so the tag doesn't appear, but still is in the page so Tapa (or even FR) could still read it and treat the mobile sigs as sigs. Because who wants to see
