My work internet was down for a couple of hours this morning. I was bracing myself for an extremely long and boring Friday. Luckily Comcast pulled their heads out and fixed it

"Asian" food in general is pretty good. I eat it 4/7 days of the week.

Am I the only person here who cooks all meats and veggies with chopsticks? I literally don't know how to cook without them.

College football is pretty stupid to me. Maybe I'll get into it when I'm older or something, but I can't get into it at all

Its an atmosphere thing.

Do you like watching team sports? I do, NHL, NFL, and NCAAF to be specific. Let me compare NFL and College. College is all about atmosphere, especially in the SEC. Any given gameday, there will be 150k people throughout campus sharing the spirit. Here, its like a giant BBQ cookoff meets sports event. People all over the place with food, games and then the event itself. People are more nuts about college than NFL, especially here since there are exactly 0 pro teams in Alabama. For us, the Iron Bowl (Auburn vs. Alabama) is like the superbowl of the state. Its so popular, in fact, that it ranked in the Top 7 of USA Today's best sports events worldwide.

Now, that said, I do have my gripes. There are a lot of really sh*tty games in college. I don't give a flying feather about TCU beating a team 59-0 and them thinking they're #1 in the nation. There is a lot of that crap in college, which is where I like NFL.

tl;dr - its atmosphere. College > NFL in person, but NFL > College on TV IMO.

Babadook
Rec 4
Taking of Deborah Logan
The Conjuring
Evil Dead (remake wasn't bad imo)

All in the past 2 years. I typically only expect 1 good horror movie a year...and it's got to be one that hasn't been ripped off and Americanized from the J Horror genre.
