So I can pick up actual hard copies of games. Digital and hard copies are the same price. Hard copies I get the actual material and save some space on the drive. It’s a better deal for hard copies IMO.

As an expansion to what Terry said, it measures magnetic fields. As the tone ring spins past the sensor it picks up the difference in the magnetic field between high and low areas of the ring.

I just found the remote for the bedroom that has been missing for more than two years. May not sound like an exciting accomplishment. But, because of the automation system in the house, MSRP is like $400 for this damn thing. That sounds insane. I know. But trust me, if I wasn't in this industry, I wouldn't be able to afford any of it. Getting shiat at cost (or cheap on eBay because people don't understand what it does/costs) is my life.
I found it hidden behind the drain cutout in the vanity drawer in the bathroom. I've been opening that drawer on the reg. Just happened to see it face down in the dark. I have no ufcking clue how I haven't seen it before. But. There's no ufcking way it could have gotten there on its own. One of the kids must have done it. Even when the Ex was living here she had no clue where it had gone. That's how long it's been missing.
