Absolutely. The TV is a 15 year old 50" 1080p Panasonic Plasma. And it works PERFECTLY. The image quality is arguably better than the 60" Sharp LED in the living room.

Have fun! I grew up in NB as a river rat from 3 to 15yo. Things have changed a lot since then but it's still a blast I'm sure. Total tourist town, river road in the summer is bikiniville.
