The Wire is 20 years old this year. I'm going through it from go. It's one of those shows that just gets better every episode. I know season 2 is kind of down, but the overall arc is some of the best TV ever made.
never seen it

Walked to the bar. Bartender told me that I couldn't have my own cup because ABC rules. Asked me to put it in my car. Car is 2 miles away. She seemed to stop caring when I told her that there was only ice in it. I should order a drink to dump in there before leaving.
True story, I was at a bar a couple weeks ago. Lady came in, ordered a drink on the rocks and a sprite to go. sipped the sprite. soon as the bartender looked away, she poured the jameson in the to go cup. paid her tab and left, walking.

i love comfortable shoes. I have some doc marten slip on boots i wear every day that are comfy AF. Mostly i wear Addias Gazelles in various colors or vans.

i need a comfy, decently priced hiking shoe suggestion.

Keen or Merrell. Dunno if that's moderate in your opinion or not, but they're what I wear. Don't get the water proof. They're fine if they don't get wet but if they do, they won't dry out. (Think over ankle deep)

Heck those seem perfectly priced for what I was thinking.

I like the Merrell Moab Ventilators in high top. I like the extra support on the uneven and slick ground around here. They are my go-to shoes for outside the mill.

I like the look of those. I had a super generic set I got at academy, but they didnt last very long.

Do you find they fit true to size? (ordering online)

I always get mine in a store. Super Shoes usually has sales on them and they have outlets in a bunch of strip malls where you can get deals as well. They run true enough but my shoes run the gambit in design and cost so I just buy what fits.

I love my Keen boots for hiking, but only for the actual hike. If I wear them to work all day my feet are very unhappy. I have Merrell Chameleon stretch and would not at all recommend them for hiking (very little support - like hiking in crocs basically) but they’re very comfortable otherwise. Actual Merrell hiking boots have been great for everyone I’ve known that has them but never had a pair myself.

Picked up my G35 from the body shop and got the X towed to a transmission shop this morning. Looking forward to driving her again since she's been sitting for like six months .

I saw a G35 yesterday that had the tail lights so blacked out that you literally couldn't tell if they worked or not.

"I tinted my lights so they work less."

Need Bigger Tires
Everyone should know how to do this.
That, and know how to drive without a lot of these driver assists.

I spent a decent amount of the early year driving without ABS on ice because a wheel speed sensor went, and Im sure most of the people on the road would have no idea how to maintain control when your wheels lock up. I mean, Im sure the only reason I know how to do it was from driving old farm trucks and such.

Eh, the first time I drove a vehicle with ABS and hit ice I almost ufcked it all up. Started pumping the brake, I had no idea what to do.
