I worked at a Job Corps for a couple of years and bunch of our white trash kids and native american kids were ICP fanatics. Mostly the native kids though, which was surprising to me. But since the FBI considers them a gang, we banned any of their crap from the campus so I used to love confiscating all of it and putting it in our incinerator at the end of the month lol.
I saw a similar video about 5 years ago when I was still at Job Corps and a couple of my co-workers and I were trying to research a little more about these morons. It was borderline fascinating to us; it's like a much more poor, filthy, retarded, inbred version of Burning Man.
