I'm hoping I can get some help with the current issue that's going on with my X (04 4WD 3.3 V6 XE).
Around a year ago, I had the entire suspension redone. Everything was wonder, and it felt great. For the last few months I have had the AWFUL squeaking coming from the passenger side suspention. I have COATED everything in pretty good grease, and it still does it.
Side notes of importance:
Everything was done, minus the lower control arms and ball joint, because someone previously welded (yes literally welded) the ball joints into the control arms, and the guy couldn't get the arms off to change them. The tops were changed though. Aside from that, everything else was replaced.
The grease I'm using is good quality, thick grease, which I figured would solve the issue.
Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
My 'ATP' light has also been on, on the dash and I do not know why. 4WD is not engaged, it's in 2WD, and when I put it in park, it actually goes in park. All I'm finding is saying the transmission isn't engaged in park. However it is, so I do not know why that light is on.
Any help or ideas on either of these issues would be more than appreciated and I wouldn't be able to thank you enough.
