Spotted Black X (Blakely, PA)

Spotted a Black X last night as I was pulling into my driveway. Rear Tire Carrier on back, and what I think was a light bar. It was dark and snowy out and couldn't get a good look cause I was just getting out of my X and this one was driving up the hill. Never saw it before in the area. Never see to many X's that have any mods what so ever. I do see a few X's here and there. I should get some business cards made up to put on them when i see them out.
