These are the RockyMountainXcessories, or RMX, Sliders, built by a member over on TNX (he also builds the bumper mouth winch mounts). I know someone else posted them up earlier in this thread, but I wanted to show mine because I had them Rhino-Lined instead of powdercoated. Just wanted to put that idea out there. Makes them nice and grippy, even when wet.
Things I like:
1. The step doesn't extend outward very far, tucks in kinda close to the body, which I like, but it is far enough to extend past the farthest body line and far enough to use as a step.
2. They are very rigid and stout. I have lifted the Xterra completely off the ground with a small crane, using only the sliders. They did not show any measurable flex.
3. Installation is easy, but time consuming because you have to mount them up in order to mark a single hole, remove them to drill it, and them mount them up again. You can't drill the hole with them in place because the hole is too close to the support.
Things I don't like:
1. If I could change anything about them it would be to add a bit of a kickout to make backseat ingress/egress a little easier.
