What the 1143 is saying is that the O2 Sensor 1 (Bank 1 in this case, 1163 is B2) is not reading right. When the sensor comes on line, the computer expects the readings to bounce between two voltages, about 0.3v - 0.6v. That's a narrow range, and if the sensor doesn't hit both of those, then this code is set. Usually, you need a new sensor, but it can also be caused by a bad ground on top of the intake, missing ground from the body to the exhaust, or even intake leaks.

Check the ground on top, run a wire to the exhaust if one is missing, then shotgun the sensor. This sensor is pretty easy to get to, at least.

Yeah the sensor is brand new replaced by Nissan I'm April. Also that same sensor in July had a high voltage code for it then it went away and came back again 4 weeks later and Nissan said nothing was wrong with it so I have no idea what to do lol I'm ready to shoot every O2 sensor lol
