None of my 12v outlets work

I've already checked most of the fuses. Is there another one under the hood somewhere that I'm missing?

Also, I tied my cb radio into the wiring to one of the outlets and the cb works just fine, but the outlet does not. Any ideas?

Yep. Fuse #42 under the hood. 3 from the rear on the engine side of the fuse block
