Nissan Mirror Kit (Compass & Temperature Display)

Came across this on Courtesy parts last night.. I've was looking around to see if I could find an overhead display readout that shows the temp. and a compass to add to my truck but haven't had much luck. Plus I don't think mine is pre-wired for the ones that came in the higher models.. But then I saw this!

It looks to be pretty straight-forward to put it in so I'm considering it.

So has anyone installed one of these before??

Shouldn't be to hard, says it fits all. So there should be a harness plug behind the headliner... well I will check tomorrow because my headliner is off right now.

Yea I had my headliner off for well over a year and I don't remember ever seeing the a plug up there.. perhaps I just missed it

I have this on mine but there was no harness. The wires are run all the way from the mirror and spliced to ignition switched power at the fuse panel.

I wish I could of brought this over from the old X to the new X. I didn't think twice about it till I looked up and saw the temp/compass was on the headliner.. '
