Lol. Been there myself. Got knocked off a ladder TWICE trying hookup a ceiling light. It was 220v (Europe). Thought I had the power off at the breaker, but clearly I didn't. Never did figure out how that crazy wiring was set up.

Yeah I agree caught myself with it once when I was deployed in Iraq. Reached under my bed with a ring on trying to plug something back in and ring touched the plug tips. Thats what I get for assuming the plug was all the way out and not visually checking.
