Huckfest! Pismo Beach 2013

Trying my best to make it down there for this. Huckfest at Pismo Beach is the 23-25th of August. I'm sure there are some people going down from TNX, XN, or CF... But who's going!? I'm hoping to meet up and wheel, ride quads, or just hangout with some of you guys at down at Huckfest. So I'd like to make this the thread with the details and all of the odds and ends of this!


I plan on heading down the 22nd and then leaving the 26th or 27th.


I don't have a camp site reserved but do plan on camping out there.


For those going, or are thinking about going feel free to chime in and let us know kind of what you guys have planned!

if you haven't booked your spot dude everyone is sold out. i have a camp site for friday/ saturday night. only thing is i might get stuck at work depending on how the next month goes. what you bringing down? if i go i plan on taking a ranger not my X

I know that finding a spot will be tough, I'm calling in the morning to hopefully snag one. Between the beach, the dunes, and whatever other campgrounds around I'm assuming I'll be able to find something.

We would be bringing the X, and quads out there. Possibly a long travel Taco but not sure if he can make it.

if i don't end up making it, my friend is taking my passes, i can try and hook you up with him depending on who he invites some of his other buddies are dbags and i wouldn't want anyone to associate with them. lol

From the looks of it, I won't be finding any camp sites available at any of the campgrounds down there but I guess sand camping is available which is what we had planned on doing anyways.

I'll still call in the morning to clarify.


Edit: Passes are needed even for sand camping, there's a likely chance they will be taken. I'll still call for info, and possibly check other forums/craigslist/etc.

Are the passes per person or per truck? If you end up not going and have any extras I would gladly buy at least one off of you if it's per truck.

the sand passes are per truck, you have to have a night pass if not and you get caught its like a 500 dollar fine... ;/ and they come check at like 5am lol

I'll be down there. I'm staying at my cousins house in Grover Beach since it looks like the camping thing isn't going to pan out. If any of you guys end up heading down there hit me up! I'll be on a quad or in the X from Friday to Sunday.
