The journey begins here:

So I had some idea's on what I want to do but first thing first, painting the rack on the roof and the step rails black.

First, taking them off.There was so much dirt and crap under the front cover. After taking it all off had to run up to the car wash lol.

Some good old fusion.

Decided to remove the factory Nissan sticker and paint it on in some Red.

Now for the step's.

And finished product.

Then the mud flap's had to come off.

Next was paint the rim's day.

Wire brush attacked my leg.

Can you guess what's in the big cooler...........

And the end result.

Next the black out of the Nissan emblems and Xterra Delete.

Then decided on the step bar's deletion.

After getting it back from the dealer after they repainted all the trim/bumpers for me.

Decided to make a light bar for behind the wind screen.

Went to Lowe's and picked up some supplies yesterday.
1. Gilpin Inc. 36in Newel Post ,Item #: 14255 | Model #: 577
2. 2 packs of 3/8 bolt's, 1 pack of 3/8 lock washer's, 1 pack of 3/8 nut's
3. Steelworks Plated Slotted Flat 1-3/8 x 3' 14 Gauge Item #: 69811 | Model #: 11139

Cut some sections for the mounting brace's

Did some cutting and some drilling.

Bracket's mounted and up to paint.

Finished product installed.

Got bored after work one day so did some painting.
Not the best befor but here:

Got my new Clarion CZ500 stereo in today and got it installed. Here's some pic's if it after install.

Also got a new Flowtech Raptor exhaust put on. Sound's good, got a nice husky sound to it. Not the best weld's in the world but it's works.

Installed.

Power inverter

Finished with spacer's and mounted.

That's all for now. Got some plain just need some time to get it done. Hopefully get my bumper,sliders, and tire carrier soon. only time will tell and of course money lol.

Got bored today so decided finally to work on my intake.

First to go.

Time to plug a hole.

More craps got to go.

After pluging this one I didn't like how it fit so I decided a little silicone gasket maker would work around the seal.

Also cleaned my MAS but no pic's for that. Now just got to run up and get a new filter(K&N of course).

I wish I could get a free day where I could get in and tear my resonators out. Gotta run to Lowe's too and get the plugs as well. Time and Money....seems like I have neither these days. lol

For the rear resonator hole, I'd recommend using a threaded 1 1/2" PVC plug with a clamp around it. I had a 2" test plug and split my air tube.

Finish my box today. I'm pretty happy how it turned out.

Had a box of 3m stick on rubber mat thought I'd put it to use.

And here I is all finished for now.

I plain on adding another section in the back of it to store my rifles. Just need some more supplies.

Thanks Roadwarrior that thing took up 2 full days lol I think I put 24 hrs into that lol with trial and error lol.

Drbandkgb, I usually ran Amsoil but my local guy doesn't carry it any more and don't feel like driving 40 miles to get it somewhere else so RP will take its place.

I've put the box to use holding my tools,straps,oils and having the inverter outlet right there has already came in handy this weekend. And the top surface with that padding makes for a great tech bench for working on my guns lol.

So the headliner is done falling off and has to go. So got me some bedliner and started going to town. Use one can of roll on so far, think I'll put another coat on tomorrow after work. Might do the spray on stuff for the second coat.

Also decided to paint the light's and net on the headliner black to match it. Will keep the O'Sh@# handles the tan they are.
