HID Kits

So Im thinking about doing HID conversion for my headlights and tint them slightly but what kits are you guys buying (not the retrofit) and cost and anyone got pics of how to install? I mean I know you need a ballast but its kinda tight in there isn't it?

And you should also know that there are VERY FEW (if anyone at all) here that will tell you its cool to run HIDs w/o a projector retrofit. It looks like crap, its illegal, and you'll be blinding the hell out of EVERYONE that is traveling in the opposite direction.

I'm going with a projector now. I do NOT recommend using HIDs w/o a projector as it will blind other drivers and it's illegal in most states. I went with a high performance halogen bulb for a whole, but they just don't cut it for me. IMO id say save up money for a while and get the projectors.

Are you getting these projectors custom made? I cant seem to find any projector assemblies online for sale

I bought a Kensun kit off Amazon, I like it. Cheap, easy install, improved visibility and the look I wanted.
