Need Bigger Tires
Figured I should probably create one of these posts, since it looks like I might be hanging out here a bit more often now that TNX is kinda blowing up.
I bought the X used a couple years ago as I needed something with a bit more ground clearance than my Altima had, and wanted something that had a manual transmission, so options were basically an X, or a pre-2003 4Runner. Since the second gen Xs had a bit more power, and a lot more features, it kinda won out.
I've done a couple minor mods to it, will be creating a build thread soon with details. I try to do most of my own work on it, but since I am more computer guy than mechanical guy, it usually ends up with me banging random things with wrenches until my mechanically-inclined buddies get sick of the noise and just come do the job
. Looking forward to getting to know the community over here, and hopefully helping out with the things that I am a bit more knowledgeable about.
