Heater-A/C Controls dead?

2011 Pro 4X Heat and A/C controls are all dark and not responding but the Blower fan is running at about 1/2 speed blowing hot air. I have checked fuses and cannot find any that are blown. Any suggestions.

IF blower works on few settings but not all? would think resistor card is cooked.. Under dash, by glove box firewall. two bolts 5mm I think?

That was my thought too. Blower resistor.
