These brackets/holders were from an MPS on the other site, which can be read about here. The shackles were from eBay, I think linked within that thread as well. I don’t recall where I bought the bolts but it probably would have been BoltDepot.com or Ace hardware.
I don’t know what the load capacity, strength, sheer point or anything like that is for this set up. The most I ever used it for was as a point to strap down a canoe on the roof.
I’m thinking $40 shipped (CONUS) seems reasonable.
