We could do $200 for 1st and $40 for 2nd, and expulsion if people decide to give up. Ill be quite honest, I never gave up last year but I did forget substitutions once or twice because I was so busy with work and school it slipped my mind. If I remember right I actually won either one or both of the games when I forgot haha

Haha low blow. I figure a one year hiatus for quitting is good enough. Getting tied up with life is another story though and we all understand that. It's still a game.

Ok Morgan, it looks like Cal is out because we do have a buy in. That would make you #13 and put us back to needing one more player for a 14 team league. You mentioned not wanting to play in a big league so is that too big? If it is then we'll have our twelve players and get things solidified for the season.

So my deal is i play in two big money leagues and dont have the time or energy to play in, much less manage a league thats more than just for fun. 20 max for me here. I dont care how its distributed. Looks like 12 teams.

I'm cool with $20. It is sounding like the break point for a few folks anyway.
I say winner takes $175, 2nd takes $40 and 3rd (or Toilet Bowl consolation bracket) takes $25.

Sounds good to me. I usually like 14 people or below. If we can get one more to join up and make it an even 14, that'd be cool. If you can't get the 14th by, lets say 4-5 days before the proposed draft date, then you can kick me out of it since I was the last to express interest. I can do $20.

Couple more questions just to get everyone on the same page:
Would we submit it to the XN paypal kinda like yearly dues?
When is the proposed draft date & time?
Who is it with? (ESPN, CBS Sports, Yahoo, etc) (Please say ESPN)

Like I said, if you can't get enough interest for a 14th person or you guys would rather just keep it at 12 teams, let me know and it won't be a problem. I have 2 other money leagues going (draft date on 29th and 30th) so it won't hurt my feelings but if you could accomidate me, that'd be great.

Gonna hold it at 12. League is set. time and date is as has been set for some time. If someone drops out, Cap'n Morgan is first in line.

I'm still thinking of how to determine the draft order, but it will not be done until shortly before the draft. (That way you obsessive mock drafters have to be on your toes). I'm also going to make an executive decision and change the payouts in an effort to keep everyone interested.

Pot is $240.

First - $125
Second - $50
Semifinalists - $25 each

Consolation bracket winner - $15

The top four teams make the playoffs and get paid. The next four teams make the consolation playoffs and one team gets paid the $15.

Everyone cool with that?

We like executive decisions, it helps us excessive mock drafters and the like with determining something lol.

In my other league there was a randomize draft button in the commish settings. It worked like a charm.

Check your emails for some draft info from yahoo. of note, draft order will be randomly determined by the website about 30 minutes before the draft. Wildcard, *****es!
